Success! Zvov Sensory Funded! Time to Prepare!<\/h3>\n

\"14238213_10209837123020511_7754321457871728169_n-2\"Crowdfunding conclusion:\u00a0Through Voordekunst.nl we raised over 6,000 Euros for “Zvov Sensory” Tour of the Netherlands. Our intimate and immersive performances of sound, touch, smell, and taste\u00a0for a blindfolded audience will\u00a0now envelop more people through\u00a0your support!\u00a0Thanks to more than\u00a0100 donors and several\u00a0foundations we managed to gather the starter money we need.<\/p>\n

This was the first time I was on the fundraising side of this type of campaign and I learned so much about how to promote (post a million Facebook posts), write personal messages, and help design gifts for different levels. I’ve been involved as composer and sensory performer, but never as fundraiser before. Our manager Iro Karampapa was a key player in this campaign, and setting a goal that seemed unreachable to us musicians. It was also a bonding experience for the whole Zvov Sensory team as we compulsively refreshed our funding page and celebrated every single\u00a0donation, whatever the size. That is the beauty of crowdfunding, of course. Everyone can join, whatever his\/her\u00a0means. Especially touching for me was the support that came from people from all different times of my life and from different countries all over the world. It turned into a way to rekindle lost contact with some from years past.<\/p>\n

About the Zvov Sensory tour<\/em><\/h3>\n

From October 2016,\u00a0Zvov<\/a>\u00a0trio (violist Maya Felixbrodt, IL; cellist Clara Rivi\u00e8re Visier, ES; and bassist Shaya Feldman, IL) will tour in the Netherlands with composer Yvonne Freckmann, US\/DE, inviting new audiences to discover the experience of\u00a0Zvov Sensory<\/em>. The tour will take place in different cities around the country, starting with Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam, Arnhem, and more. After a\u00a0Zvov Sensory<\/em>\u00a0tour in Israel this past September, we are very excited to bring the project back to the Netherlands, where everything started.\u00a0We have you, our family & friends and all the Zvov fans (some of whom\u00a0have experienced our sensory related performances), supporting us on this journey. Parallel to that, the backing\u00a0of KunstenIsrael, Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds, partners van voordekunst, VSB fonds, and ArtistsinTune\u00a0help us\u00a0reach a greater\u00a0audience.<\/p>\n
